AIR EUROPA LÍNEAS AÉREAS, S.A. (hereafter AIR EUROPA) via its website www.aireuropa.com requires certain personal data from the user on subscribing or registering for some of its services. The data supplied by the user will be stored on a personal data file, belonging to AIR EUROPA, which will be processed in order to provide the services requested by the user. The user authorises AIR EUROPA to include his or her personal data on the respective files, as well as to use and process the data, automatically or otherwise, in order to manage and register the operations subscribed to between the parties.

The user is also informed that AIR EUROPA will keep issued tickets on file as air transport service contracts.

The user guarantees that the personal data provided to AIR EUROPA is correct and he or she is responsible for informing AIR EUROPA of any modifications.
